Our teams at H-E-B Digital are constantly iterating on the My H-E-B app to ensure it helps make the lives of our fellow Texans better.   

Across the great state of Texas, our customers rely on our H-E-B stores for their food and essentials, and they rely on our Pharmacies to keep themselves and their families healthy. In case you missed it, one of our most recent app updates provided our customers access to their H-E-B Pharmacy account through their My H-E-B app. With this exciting upgrade, you don’t need two apps to get what you need from H-E-B — your groceries, medications, and wellness services are available in one convenient place.  

Most recently, our Wellness Engineering team made another update that makes managing the busyness of life easier than ever. While before, you could only manage your own profile through the Pharmacy functionality in the app, now you can manage multiple profiles of minors and pets on iOS and Android devices. Need to add a profile for your child to manage their prescription easily? We got you covered! You want to add your furry, four-legged family members as well! 

While you can’t add another adult profile at this time, rest assured that that feature is coming down the pipeline soon — stay tuned!
