With the updated recipe landing page on heb.com and the My H-E-B app, you can discover thousands of recipes and easily shop for the ingredients you need. This is the first time you can search for recipes on heb.com and the My H-E-B app!
The H-E-B Digital team is always hard at work crafting tools and experiences for our customers to surprise and delight them — whether they are avid in-store shoppers, or digital shopping enthusiasts. The new recipes experience is no exception, and makes it easier than ever for H-E-B loving Texans to find and shop the recipes they want, all without ever leaving heb.com or the My H-E-B app.
The feature, which launched March 20th, allows you to search, filter, and sort H-E-B chef created recipes to find the dishes that most interest you. Now, you can browse recipes by ingredient, convenience, lifestyle, cuisine, and more. Once you’ve discovered a recipe you want to try, quickly add all the necessary ingredients to your cart. Gone are the days of hunting for every ingredient after finding the perfect recipe!
Customers faced many challenges with the original recipe landing page. We heard loud and clear from our customers that they wanted a way to add ingredients to their cart with just the click of a button, as well as an intuitive way to search and shop the recipes they wanted to try. Our design team took this feedback and designed this beautiful new recipe experience. Then, our small but mighty team of Web, iOS and Android engineers turned the vision into what you see today on heb.com and My H-EB app.
The launch of our new recipe landing page marks the first of many updates to H-E-B’s online recipe and meal planning experiences. The H-E-B Digital team will continue to design and build exciting new recipe features in the future. These include adding recipe ingredients to a list, saving recipes, ingredient replacements, ratings and reviews, and more. So, stay tuned!
