Train to Become an H-E-B Delivery Driver
Our Delivery Driver Trainee (DDT) program is an opportunity to get your class A CDL paid for by H-E-B—you get paid while your train. There’s not another program like it in the country.
Step 1
Focus is on classroom and on the job training with a Dedicated Training, and getting acclimated to the Delivery Ops Departments and expectation.
Step 2
Pass your written exam and road test to get your CDL, and start spotting on your own.
Step 3
Work towards earning 15k safe miles and await your spot as an H-E-B Driver.
Delivery Driver Trainee
