School of Retail Leadership (SORL)
Our SORL program is the talent pipeline for Store Leaders across our retail operations. We’re looking for college graduates to participate in this four-part rotational program that will teach you all you need to know to lead one of our retail stores. You will not only learn how to inspire and lead a talented group of Partners, but you will also learn how all components of our company come together to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Upon successful completion of SORL, you will have the skills necessary to become an Assistant Store Director.

Associate Team Leader (ATL)
The ATL program is the leadership pipeline for our MWT divisions and is perfect for engineers, supply chain experts, and natural born leaders. This 6 month leadership development program is designed to develop your leadership skills through mentorship and an opportunity to oversee a team of hourly Partners.
Upon successful completion of the ATL program, you will have the skills necessary to become a Team Leader. Good news is 96% of our participants are promoted to Team Leader upon successful completion of the program.
Associate Team Leader (ATL)

We will teach you all of the things they either didn’t or couldn’t teach you in school with the goal of growing you into a Senior Developer in 4-5 years.
