In our quest to Take Care of Texas, we’re constantly modifying our online shopping experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible while striving to meet the needs of Texas customers. That’s why the next step for our Digital teams was to combine the two tools our customers already loved, the H-E-B Pharmacy and My H-E-B app, into one quick digital solution
While before Pharmacy tools were relegated to the separate H-E-B Pharmacy app and website, with the updated My H-E-B app and website you can easily refill prescriptions and place a Curbside or Home Delivery order without ever leaving My H-E-B or heb.com.
As we move ever steadily into the Health and Wellness space with our Primary Care clinics and Nutrition Services, we’re focused on improving our digital Pharmacy experience and iterating on our My H-E-B app and website to elevate the products and resources our customers need to stay well and take care of their families.
This integration is another way we’re working to mimic the in-store shopping experience our customers love and amplify it in the digital space.
